We use the parent directory as a fundraiser. Can we limit access to the site to only parents that have paid for it?

ClassroomParent allows schools/parent organizations to require parents to pay an annual subscription to access the site.

When subscription management is turned on, CP administrators for your school can access subscriber interfaces that allow them to enter who has paid for a subscription.

If a parent has not yet paid, they will not be able to access the site.

Subscriptions operate on a school year basis. When your school changes from one school year to the next, all previously subscribed parents will not be able to access the new school year information until their subscription is updated by an admin.

Parents that have subscribed in one year can continue to access that year’s information, even after the school has moved to a new school year.
